Diane Sawyer to go to World News Tonight

It's being reported that Diane Sawyer will be taking Charlie Gibson's place on World News Tonight after the 2008 presidential election.

There are rumors that Sawyer will take over for Larry King or move to Nightline until then. I have a hard time believing that she's going to go somewhere like Larry King or Nightline just until the 2008 election.
