Nicole Ritchie Gets DUI

TMZ is reporting that Nicole Richie was arrested early this morning for Driving under the influence of Vicodin and Marijuana. She was spotted going the wrong way on the 134 freeway (wtf!), and motorists called 911. When CHP found Richie, she was stopped in the car pool lane talking on her cell phone.


The booking report cites Richie as 5'1 and 85 pounds.
